Shipping:
Orders received after 2pm Eastern standard time or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. We ship UPS Ground, 2-Day Air, and Overnight (does not include Saturday delivery) to destinations inside the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. We ship anywhere in the world.

Customers Outside the United States:
All international customers are responsible for any taxes, customs and duties that may be assessed by their government.

Taxes:
All orders that ship within Connecticut are subject to an 6.35% sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges:
If you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from us online, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned with their original packaging in perfect condition.
Please send an email to service@cush.net or call 203.938.7441 and request a return authorization number (RA#). Refund credits will not include initial shipping costs.
Unfortunately, custom orders are not returnable.
No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization number.
